You may order your breakfast in the morning or, if you can't wait, give us your order the previous day and we'll have it ready for you.

If you are leaving early to catch the ferry, we can package your breakfast to take with you.

Breakfast items may vary from time to time, so check out the menu every day. If you have a preference and don't see it on the menu, please let us know and we will do our best to prepare it for you!

OUR SERVICES

Before you arrive: Do you need information
about buses, ferry boat schedules or taxi
phone numbers in Kavala, Keramoti or Thassos?
Call us or contact us by email or SMS and we'll
send you all the information you need!
Would you like us to arrange a taxi to take you
from the airport to the ferry port? No problem!
Once you are on the island, you may catch a
bus to Limenaria or have us arrange for a taxi
to pick you up and if none of that works for you,
we'll pick you up ourselves for a modest fee.
We want you to start relaxing as soon as it is
possible and the sooner you get here, the better!

While you are here: Ask us about taverns,
beaches, places to see and things to do, like
renting a boat, a moto / ATV, a car or a bicycle.
Your vacation time is valuable, let us help you
make the most of your stay here.
Did you forget to pack some necessities, razors,
toothbrushes or other items? We usually have
everything you need and if we don't, we will try
and get it for you.

Picnic service: Yes, we'll prepare a basket
full of goodies to take with you, complete with
drinks, ice, a blanket and if you're going to
the beach, we will loan you a sun shade.

IN THE STUDIOS

Each studio has a fully-equipped kitchenette with coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, fridge, cooktop, utensils, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery.

All our bathrooms are large (5 sq. m. / 54 sq. feet) and have basic necessities, like towels, soap, shampoo and tissue paper. If you forgot to pack your razor, toothbrush or toothpaste please let us know, we usually have these items in stock and if we don't, we'll get them for you.

Every studio has its own air-conditioning unit, hair dryer, private balcony with a set of table and chairs and access to free Wi-Fi.
The main beds are queen-size (160 cm / 63'' wide) with orthopedic mattresses.

Studio 4 and studio 5 have childrens' attics with mattresses, and studio 6 has two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa that turns into an additional bed. We can also provide you with a young child's bed or a baby crib, free of charge, just let us know if you need them!

ON THE PROPERTY

Parking: Did you come with a car? Park it right here, on our property, free of charge.

Lounging areas: Sit and relax with your drink under our cool, covered gallery or our insect-free veranda, read a book by the garden under an olive tree, or borrow one of our board games to play!

Barbeque: Do you like grilling? Bring your own meats, bring you own drinks and use our outdoor barbeque!

Distances: We walked from here to Limenaria beach and timed it (from our front yard to the moment we stepped on the sand). It took 4 minutes and 52 seconds. We did the same from here to the centre of Limenaria: 8 to 12 minutes, depending on which path we took!
