The Rose of Limenaria Studios and Café Here are our rules and policies: Check-in: 3:30 in the afternoon. Check-out: 11:30 in the morning.

We will contact you for confirmation shortly
after you send us your chosen dates.
Once we confirm your dates, a 25% deposit is
required to complete your reservation.
The balance of 75% is due at check-in.

By law, your full deposit is refundable if,
for any reason, you cancel your reservation,
up to 21 days before your arrival (3+ weeks).
It may also be possible to get a full refund,
even if you cancel within this 3-week period
before your arrival. In that case, please
contact us to discuss your circumstances.

We try to reduce allergens, as much as possible,
and also maintain a clean and safe environment
for all our guests. For these reasons, we do not
allow pets on our property.

IMPORTANT

Your reservation will be booked when we send you our confirmation by text message or e-mail (usually within two hours).
If, after 24 hours, you still have not received our confirmation, call us at 30 + 694.887.8071
